So EXCITING to see Child’s Play Wear coming together! It’s a little noisy in CPT right now because of all the construction work next door, but we know the end is near. But with all of the cute and new clothing merchandise that’s come in, today was as a fun day because we continue to receive cool toys and a bunch of new books. The books we’ve gotten lately are so cute, and I got a lump in my throat today because one of the books we got today was referenced in the movie “You’ve Got Mail.” That movie is one of the reasons I wanted to open Child’s Play Toys in downtown Sioux Falls. It is a dream come true that I’ve been able to open my own little ‘Shop Around the Corner.’ And the best part of owning the store is that I was able to dance with my daughter in the store, just as Meg Ryan remembered in the movie. Just testing out the new website and seeing all of its new functions! We’re having a great summer so far at CPT, and we’ve had some really cool (pardon the pun) new things in this year come in the store. We’re also very excited about our expansion next door, and we’ve already started receiving some very cute stock. I can’t wait to start merchandising it all!
